낙엽끼리 모여 산다

낙엽에 누워 산다.

낙엽끼리 모여 산다.

지나간 날을 생각지 않기로 한다.

낙엽이 지는 하늘가에

가는 목소리 들리는 곳으로 나의 귀는 기웃거리고

얇은 피부는 햇볕이 쏟아지는 곳에 초조하다.

항시 보이지 않는 곳이 있기에 나는 살고 싶다.

살아서 가까이 가는 곳에 낙엽이 진다.

아, 나의 육체는 낙엽 속이 이미 버려지고

육체 가까이 또 하나 나는 슬픔을 마시고 산다.

비 내리는 밤이면 낙엽을 밟고 간다.

비 내리는 밤이면 슬픔을 디디고 돌아온다.

밤은 나의 소리에 차고

나는 나의 소리를 비비고 날을 샌다.

낙엽끼지 모여 산다.

낙엽에 누워 산다.

보이지 않는 곳이 있기에 슬픔을 마시고 산다.

I live lying on the fallen leaves.

We live together, we fallen leaves.

I decide not to think of days gone by.

On the horizon where leaves are falling,

My ear strains toward the place where a faint voice is heard,

My thin skin is restless in the spot where sunlight pours down.

I want to live because there is always a place unseen.

Where I go, moving closer in life, leaves are falling.

Ah, my body has already been abandoned within the leaves,

And close to that body, another self lives, drinking sorrow.

On a rainy night, I walk, stepping on the leaves.

On a rainy night, I return, treading upon sorrow.

The night fills with my sound,

And I rub my own sound to stay awake until morning.

We live together, we fallen leaves.

I live lying on the fallen leaves.

I live drinking sorrow,

because there is a place unseen.
