창 반쯤 가린 책꽂이를 치우니 방안이 환하다

눈앞을 막고 서 있는 지식들을 치우고 나니 마음이 환하다

어둔 길 헤쳐간다고 천만근 등불을 지고 가는 어리석음이여

창 하나 제대로 열어놓아도 하늘 전부 쏟아져 오는 것을

when simply opening one window properly allows the entire sky to pour in.
